DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guides and assistance for passenger safety and comfort.
- Welcome and communicate with customers.
- Prepare and serve food and drink to passengers.
- Obey all aviation rules and regulations.
- Help passengers in an emergency.
- Help passengers get on or off the plane.
- Help passengers store their luggage in the storage area above, clothing, or under the seat.
- Inspect and clean the cabins and verify that they are correct.
