MULTIPLE RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF A RECEIVING CLERK



Receiving agents work in warehouses or other facilities where they receive, inspect, and transmit deliveries. As the recipient, you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments to track incoming deliveries and resolve order problems.

OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY

  • Receipt and unloading of incoming shipments.
  • Process and document invoices
  • Open the boxes and view the contents of the package.
  • Organize and store the received material in appropriate areas.
  • Discard damaged items, record a malfunction, and contact a courier to repair the damage.
  • Consult custom packages and invoices
  • Update the product list upon receipt of the product.
  • Keep accurate records and help control inventory
  • Maintain equipment and deliveries.
  • Addresses and responses to customer inquiries regarding shipments.
  • Use machines to move and transport materials.
  • Keep your work surface and equipment clean and in good condition and follow safety rules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equal qualification
  • Physical resistance
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • basic mathematical skills
  • Previous storage experience
  • Ability to lift at least 4 pounds without assistance
  • Time management skills
  • Computer skills and data entry knowledge.
