OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Communicate order details to kitchen staff.
  • Meet with restaurant staff to review daily offerings and menu changes.
  • Prepare dining tables

  • Remove dirty dishes and silverware from the table.
  • Always keep tables clean and tidy.
  • Check utensils and cutlery for disturbances and breaks.
  • Perform cleaning tasks
  • Keep the restaurant clean and safe.
  • Management of cash transactions.
  • Follow all applicable health rules and regulations.
