The waiter, also known as a mixologist, prepares and serves drinks to customers in bars, clubs, hotels and restaurants. The barista is responsible for preparing and serving customers at the bar and fulfilling beverage orders in the dining room, overseeing the printing press and replenishing alcohol supplies at the end of each evening to help maintain appropriate stock levels.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF EMPLOYMENT
  • Get orders for drinks and snacks.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Planning and presentation menu bar.
  • Offer a positive and friendly experience in interacting with customers.
  • Confirm user ID to verify age of spend
  • Follow all food and beverage regulations.
  • Turn around, refill and check stocks of alcoholic beverages and bars.
  • Collect payment
  • Keep equipment clean.
  • Clean bases, work areas and tables.
  • Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
