Material handlers work in warehouses or production facilities. As a manager, you will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, maintaining inventory in the warehouse and moving inventory. They will keep the distribution of products by deleting the orders from the inventory.

EMPLOYMENT OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Move items and supplies to and from trucks, warehouses and production areas using equipment such as trucks, tractors and forklifts.
  • Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
  • Check incoming deliveries to ensure all required equipment meets quality standards
  • Packaging and unpacking of materials.
  • Prepare the ready-to-ship supplies.
  • Make sure the production areas are fully stocked and have the products needed to fulfill orders.
  • Make sure all incoming deliveries match company orders
  • Monitor supply level and provide purchase recommendations on a regular basis
  • Document the delivery of the product from the recording units provided.
  • Keep your warehouse organized and tidy.
  • Observe all health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

  • High school or GED is required
  • Ability to raise at least £ 50 at a time
